Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a US business doing $1M or more a year, and your tax bill keeps climbing with your revenue.
  • Your CPA files your return every spring, and you rarely hear about planning before then.
  • You elected S-corp years ago, or never did, and nobody has checked whether that setup still fits the business you run now.
  • You've heard of moves like cost segregation, a bigger retirement plan or the R&D credit, but you don't know which ones fit you or how to carry them out.
  • You want a team that handles the elections, the restructuring and the paperwork, not a list of ideas to work through on your own.
  • You want every move checked for paperwork and deadlines before it's made, so it holds up if anyone looks.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who only need help with a personal return.
  • Businesses doing under $1M a year.
  • Owners who only want last year's return filed, with no planning for this year.
  • Anyone who wants a deduction they can't back up with paperwork.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Danielle, Jason and the Oro team handle your taxes, from the first forecast to the filed return.

We Forecast And Look Back

We forecast where this year's bill is heading from your real numbers, and we review your last 3 returns for missed credits and deductions that can still be recovered.

We Rebuild Your Setup

We look at how your company is taxed, what you pay yourself, retirement contributions, real estate and credits like the R&D credit, then pick the moves that fit the business you run now.

Every Move Is Checked First

Our CPAs and tax attorneys check each strategy for eligibility, documentation, deadlines and audit readiness before we recommend it, and we weigh it against how much risk you're comfortable with.

We Carry It Out For You

We handle the elections, the restructuring and the coordination it takes, and a project manager tracks every item until it's done, so the plan doesn't sit in a drawer.

We Stay With You All Year

You get quarterly check-ins instead of one rushed conversation in the spring, and your strategy changes as your business does.

Returns Filed With The Plan

Our team prepares your federal, state and local returns with the strategy already worked in, so the savings we planned actually show up on the return.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this legal, and will it hold up if the IRS looks at it?+
Yes. We only use strategies written into the tax code, and our CPAs and tax attorneys check each one for eligibility, documentation, deadlines and audit readiness before we recommend it. Our tax attorney, Jacob Simany, spent years as an IRS trial attorney arguing cases in U.S. Tax Court for the IRS, and he'll tell you returns get flagged when a number can't be supported, not because an owner used the code well.
I already elected S-corp. Haven't I made the big move?+
The election is only the starting line. What it saves you depends on what you pay yourself, and that number should change as your company does. For one manufacturer client, an independent compensation study moved the owner's salary from $629,744 to $134,000, a change worth an estimated $39,157 in a year. Setting salary too low can backfire too, so we work out the right number for your company this year.
Is it too late to do anything for 2026?+
No, but some moves close on December 31st. A new salary has to run through payroll before then, retirement deferrals have to come out of 2026 pay, and equipment has to be bought and in service by year end. We also review your last 3 returns, and on average our clients uncover more than $60,000 in recoverable tax savings from years they've already filed.
What kind of results have your clients seen?+
A custom awning and shade-structure manufacturer doing about $10M a year came to us with a compliance-only setup and a 2025 federal bill headed for $178,231. We found an estimated $156,177 in savings, which brings that bill to about $22,054, plus $125,364 in net federal R&D credits across 2023 to 2025. Every business is different, and your result depends on your numbers.
What does it cost?+
Danielle quotes your fee up front on the strategy call, once she's seen where your business stands. If your bill doesn't come down by at least $100K, our advisory fee comes back to you.
When will I actually see the savings?+
The savings land when your return is filed, so the work starts as soon as we're on board and the year-end moves get lined up first. Because our team prepares your returns with the plan already worked in, the return shows what we planned instead of surprising you.
Does it matter which state my business is in?+
We work virtually with owners across most states. Availability can depend on the services you need and the states involved, and we'll confirm that on your strategy call.
What happens on the strategy call?+
In 30 minutes, Danielle looks at your entities, how each one is taxed and how you pay yourself, then projects where your 2026 bill is heading if nothing changes. She'll name the moves she'd check first, and where she doesn't see real savings, she'll tell you that just as directly. Have your latest business return, your latest personal return and a rough 2026 profit number nearby.
One Last Step

See Where Your 2026 Tax Bill Is Heading, And What We'd Change

On the 30-minute strategy call, Danielle looks at your entities and what you pay yourself, projects where 2026 is landing, and tells you honestly which moves she'd check first and which can still happen this year.
